I love chocolate. I mean I really, really love chocolate -- so much so, that I have at least one piece of chocolate every single day. I'm pretty sure that the only thing I love more than chocolate is coffee. Wait! WAIT! I mean my kids. My kids!! Yes, I absolutely, positively, love MY KIDS waaaay more than I love chocolate - or coffee - oh, good grief!
Now that I've scarred my children for life, and they will forever know that their mother is a no-good chocoholic, I can finally admit to the world that my husband and I keep bars of "healthy" chocolate (at least 70 percent cacao) sitting in our fridge to snack on as we see fit. It makes us happy and you only live once, so why not?
Now granted, none of the recipes below can tout the health benefits of our "70 percent cacao fridge chocolate," but then again, I didn't make the goodies below to be healthy. Our Chocolate Recipe Round Up features some of our most favorite chocolate-laden goodies from the past.
