Making Health a Priority with Nature Made® Probiotics

The other morning was just like every other morning. I was puttering around my kitchen in my warm fuzzy slippers trying to keep the dog quiet as I poured myself some coffee. I was surprised when I heard my phone ding and wondered who would be texting me so early in the morning. It was my sister, she was headed home from the gym, and wanted to know if we were carpooling our kids for school. I rubbed my eyes and reread her message, on her way home from the gym?
I let that thought sit with me for a little as I pondered how in the world she motivates herself to the gym at 6 AM. Lately, the only thing I can motivate myself to do at 6 AM is ignore my alarm. Later that day I asked her about it, I was secretly hoping she had discovered a pain free way to start the morning with a workout. Her answer was disappointing, she told me it wasn’t easy and most mornings it wasn’t fun. However, she did encourage me to get started. She told me that that once it became a habit, it would become easier.

Making my personal health has always been a struggle for me. Like most moms, there is always something more important, more pressing, more urgent to do than taking a handful of minutes for myself. The kids, the dog, work – it seems that most everything is a high priority and I routinely put myself last. Unfortunately, this isn’t the best strategy if you want to stay active and healthy.
Although it isn’t the quite time yet for resolutions, I’m going to start early. I want to invest in maintaining healthy habits. My goals include making daily exercise part of my day and taking better care of myself. I want to stay motivated on my quest towards self care. I know, in order to make any habit stick, I need to start small. I know the easiest change I can make right now is by starting with my nutritional goals. Adding appropriate vitamins, minerals and supplements to my diet is a small, easy and healthy step.

I headed out to my local Walmart knowing that it has everyday low prices on Nature Made® items. I wanted to be able to stock up on the supplements I need without worrying about the price. After perusing the vitamin and supplement aisle, I felt confident choosing Nature Made® because Nature Made® is the #1 Pharmacist Recommended brand for many key dietary supplement categories*.

During my trip to Walmart, I chose the Women Nature Made® probiotic. I believe probiotics are a great way to support your body in a healthy way. It’s encouraging to know that Nature Made® Advanced Dual Action Probiotic has been clinically studied and provides dual support to both your small and large intestine for comprehensive coverage to help support digestive balance and healthy gut flora.†
