Great Soups For Rainy Days

Creamy Tortellini Soup, https://www.weknowstuff.us.com/

It's just nasty outside; the skies have opened up and it's pouring! My kids are off to school, my husband's at work, and that leaves no one at home to snuggle with - so I might as well figure out what to make for dinner.

How about some soup?

I have all of the ingredients for a nice pot of South Western Chicken Soup…

…or I could borrow a bag of lentils from my sister and make her Fakes – Greek Lentil Soup…

…but I really have a hankering for some crispy bacon, so perhaps I'll make some Cheddar Corn Chowder instead…

With so many great soups to choose from, I know I'll find something warm and tasty to make for dinner tonight! (FYI – The first picture shows our Creamy Tortellini Soup.)

What's on your menu?
