Penne and Broccoli Florets

We Know Stuff Penne and Broccoli Florets
This is one my favorite "dinner in a jiffy" meals. My husband isn't big on the whole vegetable food group, he just pretends it doesn't exist. But even he loves this pasta and broccoli combination. It is so quick and easy to make. All you need are six simple  ingredients and enough time to boil water!

Ingredients:
Large bag of broccoli florets (frozen)
1 Box penne pasta
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup parmesan

Step 1:
Boil water. Cook your pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Step 2:
Place package of frozen broccoli florets in a large saucepan. Cover with water. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until broccoli is tender. Reserve cooking liquid for pasta.
