As seen by my sister's last post, her kids really enjoy playing with Triple Paste. I thought it was hilarious when Tommy covered himself in the stinky, white paste – but I wasn't so pleased when they brought their weirdo Triple Paste affection over to my house.
One chilly January afternoon, Daniele and I were feeding "Baby Abbey" in the kitchen when we realized that the house was quiet. Way too quiet, which meant that they were up to no good! So Daniele went upstairs to investigate and when I heard her gasp in horror over the baby monitor – I knew I was in for a royal mess!
Since I already knew it would be bad, I made sure that I grabbed the camera on the way up. I have found that it's good to have solid evidence of your horrific day(s) to show your husband when he wonders why you're so crabby when he gets home!
They were in Tyler's freshly painted bedroom; this couldn't be good. Not only did Ava, Tommy and Tyler cover Ty's walls in Triple Paste, they slathered it all over the dresser, and themselves. The photo suggests that Miss Ava was the ring leader, but I guess we'll never really know…
FYI – I never did get the Triple Paste handprints off the wall. I am hoping to repaint Ty's room this fall so I ca finally say goodbye to them, once and for all!
