Wasa Greek Salad

I really like Wasa and I have a weird little obsession with making new "creations". There are many times throughout my day that I say to myself "I wonder if I can put that on a Wasa?".

The other day I was really craving a Greek Salad. I thought that putting Greek Salad on top of a Wasa would be a nice way to give it a little extra crunch. Kind of like having a salad on top of a crouton. It turned out great. I think this might be one of my favorite Wasas.

Ingredients:
2 Wasa Crackers
Tomato
Cucumber
Iceberg Lettuce
Feta Cheese
Olives
Salad Dressing

Step 1:
Spread salad dressing of your choice on 2 Wasa Crispbread crackers. I used Newman's Own Creamy Cesar.

Step 2:
Layer tomato slices on top. Layer shredded iceberg lettuce on top of tomato.

Step 3:
Place chopped cucumbers and olive slices on top.

Step 4:
Sprinkle with feta cheese, salt and pepper.
