Everyone in my family loves chocolate pudding. They would have endless amounts of chocolate pudding every night after dinner if I let them. Personally, I get a little bored of plain chocolate pudding. Seeing that most food related companies have recipe websites, I thought I would check out Jello.com. An hour later I am still searching through their endless dessert recipes.
As I have admitted numerous times on this blog, I am seriously lacking dessert making skills. (I leave that area to my sister.) I was thrilled to see how easy the recipes on this site are. Pudding mix, milk and stir? Yes! I think I can do that!
Here is their super easy recipe for Warm Peanut Butter Pudding.
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
2 cups cold milk
1/4 cup peanut butter
Step 1:
Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk for 2 minutes.
Step 2:
Spoon into 4 microwaveable dessert dishes and top with melted peanut butter. (Put peanut butter in a Ziploc bag and microwave for 25 second. Then make a tiny snip in the corner, then squeeze onto pudding.)
Step 3:
Microwave on high for 30 seconds to serve warm. Or chill in the fridge and serve cold.

I am buying pudding tonight! I can’t believe you only let me have a taste!! These are awesome!
