I am home today with not one, but two kids with pink eye. Pink eye is the complete opposite of fun and I feel really bad for my little buddies. As if having me wipe them down every 20 minutes isn't bad enough…they have eye drops to contend with.
The second they hear the word they start crying. No one is happy and I hate that I have to be the one sprinkling the dreaded eye drops on their parade.
I thought they might appreciate brownies. Little bunny brownies for my little bunnies. At least they were smiling while they ate.
Ingredients:
Boxed brownie mix (I like Betty Crocker)
Mini Marshmallows
Bunny shaped cookie cutter
Step 1:
Prepare your brownies according to the package. Bake for alloted time and allow to cool completely. Remove from baking dish.
Step 2:
Roll mini marshmallows between your palms to form little balls for noses.
Step 3:
Cut out the brownies and pop the marshmallow noses on!
