Happy National Zucchini Bread Day! We had no idea that there was a whole day devoted to the lovely green vegetable, but surprise – there is!
Our kids are already clamoring about what vegetables we’ll be planting in the garden this year, and after eating our delicious zucchini-filled recipes last summer, they’ve finally decided to include this fantastic veggie on their list(without being forced into it!
Our tasty breads may not be the healthiest recipes on the planet, but we created them to show our younger kids that vegetables can take on so many forms in a dish – and that we shouldn’t be so closed minded about trying new things. You’ll never know what you’ll end up liking!
