5 Tips for Healthy Lips

This post is sponsored by Grande Cosmetics and brought to you by ShopShare Network. All opinions are my own. Have you noticed that your lips aren’t quite as full as they were in your 20’s? I know I have! According to experts, as you age your body produces less collagen. Collagen is what makes your lips look full and plump. Although you can’t stop your body from aging, there are a few things you can do to protect the health of your lips.
  1. Protect Your Lips from UV rays. Sun exposure is as damaging to your lips as it is for the rest of your skin. Daily use of a lip balm with SPF will help prevent wrinkling, discoloration, and dryness.
  2. Don’t smoke. Aside from the negative health effects, smoking is the most damaging cause of wrinkles around the lips. The constant pursing of the lips to smoke from a cigarette wrinkles the lip area and dries out the lip skin.
  3. Hydrate. Dehydration ultimately leads to chapped lips and dry skin. Staying hydrated throughout the day will help your lips stay healthy. Try your best to drink 8 glasses of water a day.
  4. Use a lip treatment. I’ve recently discovered the incredible benefits of using a lip treatment with hyaluronic acid. A treatment such as GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper instantly plumps and hydrates lips. Hydration is key to healthy lips, both inside and out.
  5. Exfoliate. Another way to instantly improve the appearance of your lips is to exfoliate. Exfoliating with either a lip scrub or a washcloth removes dry skin that can build up on your lips. This is an easy way to keep your lips looking smooth and flawless.

Personally, I have had a lot of luck with GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper. I noticed a difference in the appearance of my lips almost immediately. Within 3-5 minutes of applying GrandeLIPS Hydrating Lip Plumper, my lips looked plumper and healthier. GrandeLIPS is Infused with VolulipTM and hyaluronic acid which improves lip volume as it hydrates.

I have been using GrandeLIPS for a little over two weeks and have noticed my lips are looking fuller and smoother. I recommend this product for anyone that wants fuller looking lips. There is a slight tingling when after applying it, but it goes away within minutes.

GrandeLIPS offers an array of shades, including its original clear color, and it’s clinically proven formula increases overall lip hydration, volume, softness, and firmness in just 30 days of usage when applied twice daily. It’s unique cushion applicator easily wipes clean, and it feels smooth on the lips and layers effortlessly with other lip products.

GrandeLIPS can be purchased online at Sephora!
